PostgreSQL 9.x support (4034113)

PostgreSQL plugin backups of version 9.x database servers using the PostgreSQL 3.0 or earlier plugin fail with errors similar to the following:

The NetVault Backup Plugin for PostgreSQL version 3.0 cannot support PostgreSQL version 9.x. The newest version that is supported by the 3.0 plugin is 8.4.

There is no way to backup PostgreSQL 9.x databases with the NVBU Plugin for PostgreSQL version 3.0 or earlier.

Upgrade to plugin 3.1.1 to support PostgreSQL 9.x databases
