NetApp snapdrive will create snapshot instead of the MS VSS provider
Description

While backing up Exchange using the Exchange APM, NetApp snapdrive will create snapshot instead of the MS VSS provider.
Resolution

The Exchange APM should not call a NetApp snapdrive snapshot. It is likely the Ontap NetApp VSS provider has a higher priority than the MS VSS provider which would explain why it was used instead.
