Choose one of two solutions with Plug-in for SharePoint version 1.2 (GA) to work around the User Access Control (UAC) functionality in Windows Server 2008 or later.
Solution A: Disable UAC on all SharePoint Servers in order to be able to use a Domain user account with administrators rights in the plug-in configuration.
Solution B: Leave UAC enabled on all SharePoint Servers, which requires the Domain Administrator account to be used in the plug-in configuration.
For either solution to work, follow this procedure:
* Add the Domain user account as a Farm Administrator in the SharePoint 2010 Central Administration.
* Add the Domain user account as a member of the local Administrators Group on all SharePoint Servers.
* Add the Domain user account as a Login for on the SQL Server with Server Roles 'dbcreator' and 'securityadmin'.
* Add the Domain user account to the Share Permissions of the UNC file share path, e.g. \\<machine_name>\<folder_name>, used for temporary storage.
* Add the Domain service account, that the SQL Server service is running as, to the Share Permissions of the UNC share path used for temporary storage.
Above, the Domain user account is either a Domain user with administrators rights (Solution A) or *the* Domain Administrator (Solution B).
