Symptoms:
Smartdisk installation fails with error -

Make sure name resolution (ex, /etc/host) is done correctly. As the previous installation has not completed successfully, immediate uninstallation from the previous installation failure cause the uninstallation to fail. To be sure the future smartdisk uninstallation work fine, perform the re-installation with the steps below.

1. Make sure the name resolution works fine.
2. Perform the smartdisk installation overwriting the existing setup.
3. Uninstall smartdisk and make sure it completes.
4. Perform the smartdisk installation again.
