On checking, the disk index (the URI points the the actual disk index file) exists but the data (mentioned in the error) does not. The data segment is no longer on disk but we have an index entry for it.
The data segment has been lost. Use the disk index file (pointed to by the URI) to identify the source of the backup and retire the backup in NetVault. Check that the disk index entry is cleaned down from SmartDisk.
If the disk index entry does not clean up, use cURL to drop the entry (See Solution 6296). If this also fails, shutdown SmartDisk and delete the disk index file manually.
