Description
Public Folder migration is not working and the error message "Wrong OS or OS version for application (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800401FA (CO_E_WRONGOSFORAPP)" is seen in the logs -
Cause
A 64-bit version of Outlook has been installed on the server that the worker is running on.
Migrator Pro for Exchange supports only 32-bit Outlook 2016 or Outlook 2019

Resolution
Uninstall the 64-bit version of Outlook, reboot the server and install a supported 32-bit version.
Uninstalling the 64-bit version of Outlook and installing the correct 32-bit version may not fix the error and a clean server build that has not had 64-bit Outlook installed may be required.
