Issue
When you migrate a user, it fails almost immediately. Here is the log file.

Migration summary
Solution
This is usually caused by a corrupt MAPI profile.
Open Control Panel
Click "Mail"
Show profiles, and remove all but the Default profile.
Run Fixmapi ( C:\WINDOWS\system32\fixmapi.exe)
Retry the migration.
This is usually caused by conflicting email clients or ESM is installed on the migration workstation. Remove ESM from the migration workstation.
