What is causing this error in the migration logs?
! Error: Unable to ConfigureMsgService: Unknown error 0x8004010d (NewPst.Cpp line 325)
Solution
There could be two possible reasons for this error:
1. A PST migration is going to a shared drive with incorrect permissions, or not a dedicated drive. Where are the PSTs being migrated, a local drive or a file share? If a mapped drive, make sure it's a dedicated connection, and no one else is using this drive.
2. The size of this source file is over 4 GB and the hard drive is formatted as FAT32. The source file will either need to be reduced in size, or make sure your migration workstations are using NTFS formatting.
