The data comes over if the fields are migrated but the rendered portion is empty
Cause
This is caused by the Lotus Notes form using a formula when rendered. In this case the formula was incorrect and threw an error but we did not migrate the error.
Resolution
Confirm that the rendered portion of the form is working as expected and the formula is correct if using one.
Also, check the field properties to see if any "Hide when" options are selected. This has been known to not bring over field data.
