ERROR: Unable to Install the MigratorConsole as an MMC Snapin when trying to run the Notes Migrator for SharePoint console

Cause
GAC assemblies are not installed for the MMC console -
Resolution
With elevated privileges, run "mmcperf.exe" from a command prompt.
If this fails with the same error message you may have to do a run as on the cmd.exe and uncheck the restrictive access option and try again..
