All Content Migration Jobs failed with unrecoverable error indicating URL value cannot be null
Description

Start running any Content Migration Job in Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP), but every job fails indicating :
Unrecoverable error
Job failed due to unrecoverable error:
ERROR: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: url
Cause

This error can occur when an abnormal event causes unknown corruption to MNSP application configuration, especially when existing settings in Advanced Options have always been working fine before, & when there is no other recent system change other than this abnormal event.
Resolution
This method can be a workaround to refresh its Options.config file :
1. Record down all original settings in Advanced Options.
2. Ensure you possess full logon info updated for all app service accounts.
3. Exit MNSP Console app.
4. Navigate to file system path C:\ProgramData\Quest\Migrator for Notes to SharePoint\
5. Backup extra copies of Options.config file.
6. Rename Options.config file.
7. Start up MNSP Console app.
8. Run Setup Wizard to create new Options.config file.
9. Reinstate all original settings in Advanced Options.
10. Check that all original Migration Jobs are still listed.
11. Run any test Migration Job again to completion with no more similar error displayed.
