Error 80040154 retrieving COM class factory for component when trying to apply license -
Description
When trying to apply the license using the "NMSPAbout.exe" to apply the license to the Notes Migrator for SharePoint services the following error is received:
"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A0BE419D-CC94-43CD-A692-8226F20BEA1C} failed due to error: 80040154" -
Cause
This issue happens when the QuestLicense.dll has not been registered on the NMSP services machine which is a Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit machine.

Resolution
1. On the server with the NMSP services open command prompt. If User Access Control (UAC) then right click the command prompt and select "Run as Administrator"
2. Enter the following and press the Enter key
regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Quest Shared\QuestLicense.dll"
3. Once the dll has been registered successfully right click the "NMSPAbout.exe" located generally at "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Notes Migrator For SharePoint Services 5.3\Bin" and select "Run as Administrator" and the license can be applied successfully without the error.
