Migrator for Notes to Exchange "Group Provisioning" fails to create groups in M365
When reviewing the verbose migration log, we find the following error:

The Azure Application registration is missing the registration of the "Exchange Administrator" role, as required for MNE 4.17
NOTE: MNE 4.17 now requires an Exchange Administrator role assignment. When upgrading from 4.16, update your existing app configuration or create a new one and reconfigure MNE to use it.
Assign the Azure Application Registration the Exchange Administrator role in the "Microsoft Entra Roles & Administrators" detailed in the MNE 4.17 Administrator Guide.
