ERROR: "Notes error: Document has been deleted (names.nsf)"

Description
When clicking "Send Pab" on the PAB Replicator email, the following error is displayed.
"Notes error: Document has been deleted (names.nsf)"

Cause
This can indicate corruption in the nsf files.

Resolution
- In the Notes client on the affected machines, press shift+ctrl+F9, this will refresh all views in the offending db.
- Open the Pab Replicator email and try the link again.
