Unable to run a migration with the error Key not valid for use in specified state
Description

Unable to run a migration or Apply changes to the Exchange section of Migrator Notes to Exchange (MNE).
Checking the notesmigmgr.wlog shows the following error:
14:43:21.201(1b20:1790) DEBUG: InitializeMapiHttp - Requesting the MAPI/HTTP mailbox URL with Autodiscover.
14:43:21.248(1b20:1790) ERROR: [0-239-10-80131500] System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred.
14:43:21.248(1b20:1790) System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Key not valid for use in specified state.
Cause

The MNEUnifiedTokenCache.dat file is corrupt.
Resolution

Delete the MNEUnifiedTokenCache.dat file and open MNE and save the Exchange credentials again. Then run the migration task.
Note: This file hold an encrypted cached copy of the credentials needed to initiate the migration within the Windows %temp% folder.
Additional Information

The old dat file name is MNETokenCache.dat and if present can be deleted if required.
