MNE does not start
Description
MNE does not start. In the system we confirm the following :
- No logging available (event viewer or MNE)
- No error or crash information
- Prerequisites checker is all OK
- User is local admin
Cause

This can be caused by the "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service" being disabled.
Resolution

Enable the "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service" again :
Start - Run - Services.msc
Find the "Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service" and enable it. Doers not matter if it is started ot stopped. Just enabled.
