Error: "MAPI error 80040115" when Migrating Messages with Admin Batch Migration -
Description
When using the Notes Migrator Admin Batch Migration process to migrate messages, the following error may be seen in the log file:
"MAPI error 80040115
Component: Microsoft Exchange Server-InformationStore
Low level error: 000006BE
Context: 00000514" -
Cause
This error is caused when the networking subsystem on the Notes Migrator machine is not functioning properly. The error is due to communications with the Exchange Server failing. -
Resolution
Ensure that the network card on the Notes Migrator console is NOT set to AutoDetect. This option needs to be changed to a fixed value such as 100mb/s . After this change is made, please attempt your migration again.
