How to skip certain attributes from syncing during a Synchronization job (4273628)

To skip attributes from syncing from source to target or target to source during a Synchronization job, perform the following steps:

1. Right-click on Synchronization located under the domain pair

2. Go to the Advanced Options page in the Properties

3. Select the 'Attributes to Skip' button

4. Add a check mark next to any attributes that needs to be skipped in the 'Attributes to Skip' dialog box. 

5. With the attribute still highlighted, select the 'Direction' button

6. Select the sync direction to apply to the attribute being skipped then click OK

7. Click OK on the Attributes to Skip dialog box, and OK on the Synchronization properties
