SQL Processing Wizard can only replace permissions and not adding target accounts
Description
When performing SQL Processing Wizard, it only allowing to replace permissions. There's a need to apply 2 sets of permissions: source and target user instead of replacing.
Resolution
There's no possibility to perform dual-ACL on SQL servers. The issue stems from SQL architecture, which doesn't allow having more than one account per SQL login.
Thus, source account can be only replaced with the target one instead of dual-ACL.
