During Migration Manager installation the following error may occur:
"Cannot Install package.Error Code: 1603 Fatal error during installation"
The error will typically state the directory location of the Migration Manager msi package.

This is due to the "Server" service is not started. Windows "Server" service supports file, print, and named-pipe sharing over the network for a particular computer. If this service is stopped, these functions will be unavailable. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.
Migration Manager relies on this service to function correctly.
Ensure the "Server" Service is started on the computer where the installation is perform.
