Resolution
* The MessageStats Add to Task function works at a server level. For the OWA report pack, if you add a server to a task, the server is listed in the task. However, OWA data is not added to the task properties and OWA gathering does not take place. This is because there may be several websites on a server and there is no method for MessageStats to determine which is the OWA website from which the user wants to gather data.
To resolve the issue, create a new OWA gathering task for each server.
* You cannot modify an existing MessageStats gathering task to create an OWA Activity gathering task. Always create new OWA Activity tasks, instead of modifying an existing task of another type.
