Console working very slow when trying to view Historical Tasks under the Task Node, why?
Task log files are filling up the drive which could cause slowness when rendering Historical Tasks.
WORKAROUND:
To clean out the Tasks files under Program Files\Quest Software\MessageStats\Tasks directory,
1. Please stop the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service
2. Go to the Tasks directory under Program Files\Quest Software\MessageStats\
3. Delete or Archive any *.exec.data.dat and *.exec.info.xml files older the 1 month
4. Please start the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service
5. Try the Task Histories to confirm this resolved the issue.
STATUS:
