When running the IIS Log Files / OWA / Windows Mobile Gathering, you are getting these Warnings in the logs "Error occurred while trying to normalize the user account name USERNAME. This account will not be normalized to the DOMAIN\User format"
Cause

Inaccurate log on attempts to the OWA server.
Resolution

Please download and upgrade to the OWA report pack Version 1.1.2.

The OWA Report pack is included in the MessageStats 6.8.1 installation package.
