Cause
Some issue occured during the install of the Report Pack. -
Resolution
1. Delete any gathering tasks used by the Report Pack.
2. Uninstall the Report Pack
3. Reboot your Server
4. Install the Report Pack
5. Reboot your Server
6. Re-Create your gathering tasks.
