Cause
The Database Schema was not updated when the latest version of the OCS/Lync report pack was installed.

Resolution
1. Copy the file [Install Directory]\Report Packs\OCS\SQL\OCS.sql to your database server housing the MessageStats Database.
Default Location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\Report Packs\OCS\SQL)
2. Log into to SQL Management Studio using an account with permission to modify the MessageStats Database.
3. Run the OCS.SQL script.
4. On the MessageStats server open the MessageStats console and delete the existing OCS\Lync server task.
6. Create a new gathering task for your OCS\Lync pool.
