Description
User receives the following errors during the Install of MessageStats:
"The following error occurred while "Registering Remote Server: Class not Registered"
"Error in custom action. the library C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\QMSMigration.dll is invalid or could not be found."

Resolution
1. Un-install MessageStats and rename the install directory. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats) to MessageStats.old2. If using Server 2008 /R2 ensure Windows User Account Control is turned off3. Log in as the Service Account or choose option 'Run As' to start the MessageStats installer as the service account
