1. Download the attached DLL qmsConsoleSiteProperties.dll from this KB article.
2. Extract the zip file and copy the file to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\MessageStats"
3. Open Command Prompt with elevated permissions (you should be logged into the MessageStats server as the service account)
4. Type in:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\MessageStats\qmsConsoleSiteProperties.dll"
5. After the DLL has been successfully registered, type in:
regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\MessageStats\qmsConsoleSiteProperties.dll"
6. From Windows Explorer navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\MessageStats\" and check if the file named qsc.xml exists. If qsc.xml exists, delete it and restart the MessageStats Scheduler Service. If not, move on to step 7.
7. Verify you can now open the properties of the Exchange Organization.
