Error 192. Service "Dell Messages Scheduler Service' could not be stopped
Description

When attempting to uninstall MessageStats the following error is thrown and the uninstallation fails:
Error 1921. Service 'Dell MessageStats Scheduler Service' (QMS_Service) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.
Cause

This error can be caused by local system permissions for the user account performing this action.
Resolution
To resolve this issue please perform the following procedure:
1. Disable User Account Control (UAC) on the server
2. Login with an account that has local Administrator permissions to the server.
3. Stop the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service or Dell MessageStats Scheduler Service
4. Uninstall MessageStats from the control panel.
