The Lync Reports have stopped updating. When running reports such as Top internal senders and receivers with a most recent filter on the date. The report returns data from a previous date, and never seems to update
Troubleshooting:
1. Run the "All Conferences" report for a large date range. This report queries live data from the LcdCDR Database and will confirm the most recent data that has been stored by the Lync Servers.
2. Directly Examine the most recent data in the Conferences table of the LcsCDR database to view the most recent data.
3. Review the Lync Configuration to troubleshoot why Monitoring data is not current.
