Unable to modify Custom Report Filters via the Subscription Wizard -
Description
When editing a a subscription that uses a Custom Report, when clicking on Reports | Modify | Filter from the Subscription wizard, you are unable to modify the filters. -
Resolution
This is by product design, Custom Reports filters cannot be modified from the subscription wizard.
WORKAROUND
1. From the left pane in MessageStats Reports, expand My Reports.
2. Right-click on the Custom Report and select Modify.
3. Modify your filters from here
4. When the subscription runs, it will honor the configured filters and return the desired data.
