Description
Opening MessageStats Web Reports gives the following error: "Error details: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {150B0602-1BF7-4874-9330-2976D41135A7} failed due to the following error: 8007007e"
When doing a search in the registry CLSID {150B0602-1BF7-4874-9330-2976D41135A7} points to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest Shared\Web Reports\5.2\QSWebWizard.dll however QSWebWizard.dll does not exist.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
The most efficient way to correct this problem with the least amount of administrative effort is to uninstall/reinstall MessageStats.
QSWebWizard.dll should exist in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest Shared\Web Reports\5.2 in order for MessageStats reports to function correctly.
