MessageStats is not able to connect using the internal Outlook Anywhere. (4210339)

In the upcoming MessageStats 7.3.0, MAPI connections to Exchange 2013 organizations are attempted using the client authentication method and host name specified for internal Outlook Anywhere clients of the CAS server.  More specifically, MAPI connections are attempted using the InternalClientAuthenticationMethod and InternalHostname attributes returned by the Get-OutlookAnywhere cmdlet for the CAS server.

In some Exchange environments, MessageStats is not able to connect using the internal Outlook Anywhere client settings of the CAS server.  One can configure MessageStats tasks to use a different authentication method and host name.  This can be done with the MapCASName utility located in the MessageStats install folder of MessageStats task execution servers.
