Cause
Incorrect permissions when accessing the Publisher from Subscriber -
Resolution
1. Verify that NSlookup and reverse NSlookup on both publisher and subscriber sides is working.
2. Verify that both SQL Servers are running under domain accounts.
3. Verify that both SQL Server Agents are running with the same domain account that has full privileges on both SQL Servers.
