Clicking on Overview tab in the LiteSpeed Console results in the error "The local repository is not available".
This may also apply to other areas of the LiteSpeed Console where statistics are called from the LiteSpeed Local Repository.
The SQL Server Service user-account has insufficient privileges on the LiteSpeed Imceda registry keys. This normally occurs when the service is running under a non-user account or the user account is restricted in some way.
It is also possible that the SQL Server name registered in Litespeed console is not the SQL Server instance name that has been registered. Use SELECT @@ServerName to verify and confirm this.
Grant the SQL Server Service user account Full Control privileges on the Imceda Registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | Imceda.
This privilege should also filter down to the sub-keys.
The server should have Full Permission for the user running the SQL Server Service on the keys (and all child keys)HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Imceda
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Imceda
Rerunning Instance Configuration may also resolve this issue.
