Column name 'TLogBackupPath' in table 'dbo.LitespeedTemplateDeployments' is specified more than once (4295635)

After running the upgrade of Litespeed 8.5, running the instance configuration fails with the following error:

• SQL Error Code: 2705 Column names in each table must be unique. Column name 'TLogBackupPath' in table 'dbo.LitespeedTemplateDeployments' is specified more than once.

The following query displays no results:

SELECT * FROM [dbo].[LitespeedTemplateDeployments]

The LitespeedCentral was upgraded successfully, however, the correct version of the LitespeedCentral database wasn't upgraded. 

The table dbo.LitespeedVersion in the LitespeedCentral database can be updated to reflect the correct value. The Litespeed 8.5 version should be 5.017
