TSM restore backup to a different server -
Description
TSM backup was taken from Server A and needs to be restored to Server B. However, Server B is not able to read the contents of the TSM filespace on Server A.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Ensure that both Server A and Server B have the same LiteSpeed for SQL Server and TSM client versions. Even the minor build number matters, for example, a TSM client version 05.05.0300 on source may not work if you have a TSM client version 05.05.0100 on the target machine.

Refer to the attached "TSM Restore" Word document for steps in restoring TSM backups to another server.
