Resolution
In Microsoft Enterprise Manager:
1. Select Management | SQL Agent | Jobs.
2. Right-click on the desired job and select Properties | Job Step.
3. Click Edit, then select Advanced tab.
4. Update the "Run as User" to the user that owns SQL Server with sysadmin permissions.
