Smartdiff task fails if a database is in read only mode and the option "all user databases" is choosen.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Litespeed console.
2. Create a new maintenance plan with a smartdiff task.
3. On the select databases page, choose "all user databases"
4. Save the plan.
5. In SSMS place one of your user databases in read only mode.
6. Execute the Maintenance plan and note errors.
7. In SSMS place the database in step 5 back to "normal" mode.
8. Execute the maintenance plan.
