Error: 'The specified primary_server_name.primary_database_name ('A') already exists.' when creat (4224905)

Error: 'The specified primary_server_name.primary_database_name ('A') already exists.' when creating a new log shipping plan. when creating a new log shipping plan - only in Version 5.0

Note: The value ('A') may be any alpha character.

If a Log Shipping plan is deleted from the primary sever and a new one is created using the same primary and secondary databases, the  error   'An Entry for Primary Server', Primary database  ' Already Exists' displays onscreen during setup of the secondary server.

The Subscriber Server  may not be registered in  LiteSpeed or Subscriber SQL Server Service is not running

Fixed in a future version of LiteSpeed.

WORKAROUND:  
1.   Backup the MSDB table on the secondary (Subscriber) server.
2.   In the  MSDB table dbo.log_shipping_secondary_databases  delete the entry for  the first Log Shipping plan  listed in the column "secondary_database".  
3.    In the MSDB table dbo.log_shipping_secondary   delete the entry for  the second Log Shipping plan  (listed in the column "primary_sever" with  database being log shipped  listed in that row as "primary_database".

When the LiteSpeedLocal database is created to allow LiteSpeed Log Shipping, the following tables are created in the msdb database:
Log_Shipping_databases, Log_Shipping_monitor, Log_Shipping_plan, Log_Shipping_plan_databases,   Log_Shipping_plan_history, Log_Shipping_primaries, Log_Shipping_secondaries.
