Error: "'SKIP' is not a recognized RESTORE option" (4222915)

Customer adds @verify = 1 parameter to backup script and the following error is generated:

Msg 61700, Level 16, State 1, Line 0
VDI open failed due to requested abort.
SKIP is not a recognized RESTORE option.

Product defect.

WORKAROUND:
The workaround for this issue is to script xp_restore_verifyonly as a separate task after the backup job.

STATUS:
This issue is resolved in the LiteSpeed for SQL Server 5.2 Service Pack 1.
