Description
Converting a backup to a DCR gives a successful message on the LiteSpeed for SQL Server GUI console even when no DCR file is created.

Workaround: NOTE: Verify that the user running the LiteSpeed for SQL Server console has rights to read and write to the folder where the DCR file will be created.
Create DCR file during initial backup process.

Do not use SLSRecast.exe in verion 7.0 or 7.1 to convert the file (see CR109714)
