WORKAROUND:
Navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\<installing user’s account>\Start Menu\Programs\Quest Software and copy the “LiteSpeed for SQL Server” folder.
Paste to this folder (C:\Documents and Settings\<all user’s account>\Start Menu\Programs\Quest Software\LiteSpeed for SQL Server). It contains shortcuts for Instance Configuration, License Registration, LiteSpeed Console and LiteSpeed Help
Verify by logging onto another account and checking the quest program folder.
