When a monitored SQL Server instance has a new SQL job failed for the first time, no alarm is raised, even though it is recorded as a failure in Foglight under SQL Agent Jobs. Even subsequent job failures do not raise alarms.
When a job is successful at least once and then fails on a later run, then the job failure has an alarm raised in Foglight by the rule DBSS - Jobs Failed.
