The files are present in the directory and visible when browsing manually, but they do not appear in the search results when a file name or partial match is entered.
This issue is not reproducible on native Windows environments, where the same file search works correctly.
The behavior is specific to Toad on macOS, which appears to have limited or no access to macOS file indexing or search features in the Open File dialog, because the drag and drop functionality works.

Workaround: Drag and drop the file onto the Editor.
