Description

Users may encounter the error 901: id_token is missing from the Token endpoint's response while launching the app
Cause

The internal mechanism for authenticating users on Toad for Oracle subscription has changed
Resolution
1. Click 'Close' on the error dialog; Toad will start normally
2. Click the User Profile Icon, name, or email address in the upper right corner, and select 'Sign Out and Exit'
3. Start Toad for Oracle and authenticate
