Can you manually amend the Connections.xml file to include individual user passwords and share this to multiple users, each with their own passwords?

Resolution
It isn't possible to manually update the passwords in the Connections.xml file. The passwords in this file are written to and encrypted by Toad, and also the encryption of the passwords is tied to the logged in Windows user, so they wouldn't be read on another machine, or by another Windows user, by design.
