"Alias name [null] does not identify a key entry at" when adding a new FMS certificate
Description

After adding a new FMS certificate, the message "Alias name [null] does not identify a key entry at" appears in the FMS log.
Cause

The output of the keystore list has a trustedCertEntry but not PrivateKeyEntry. Without a private key the SSL will not work.

/$FMS_HOME/jre/bin/keytool -list -keystore /$FMS_HOME/config/tomcat.keystore

Look for alias name: tomcat

Entry type PrivateKeyEntry
Resolution

Use the steps in knowledgebase article 4266359 to load the .pfx certificate into the keystore.
