A SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) does not display data in the 7.2.3.10 and 7.3.0.10 SQL Server agents
An error message similar to the following appears in the agent log file.
ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[5]-139] com.quest.qsi.fason.core.collection.RMISubmissionCollection - An exception occurred during the execution of a processor from com.quest.qsi.fason.sqlserver.collection.processor.DBSSRMICallbacklGeneralProcessor class. The processor belongs to DBSSRMIReportingServicesInstanceSummary collection. java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to execute collection [DBSSRMIReportingServicesInstanceSummary], reason=Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string.
WORKAROUND
Please download and apply on of the two hotfixes attached to this Knowledgebase article. Users must be logged into download the attachments.
HFIX-498 SQL Server 7.2.3.14 cartridge
or
HFIX-504 SQL Server 7.3.0.12 cartridge
STATUS
This issue has been identified as defect FOG-9760 and has been fixed in the 8.0 version of the SQL Server cartridge.
