In GPOADmin 5.18 we update the synchronization system so that we can track synchronizations between servers. As such the synchronization custom action is now triggered on each server involved in the synchronization. Thus if you synchronize two GPOs using the same GPOADmin server, The synchronization custom actions will trigger once, for the source GPO.
In a case where two GPOADmin servers are involved the synchronization custom actions trigger once on the source server for the source GPO, and once on the target GPOADmin server for the target GPO. Currently there is no way to differentiate between the source and target for custom actions.
We have created an enhancement to differentiate between source and target in synchronization custom actions.
Enhancement Request ID: 501786
This enhancement will be considered for a future release of GPOAdmin.
