This issue has come about as the Microsoft Graph API is returning the configuration policies in a different path than Microsoft has been using previously. Specifically in this case and Windows update policies are returned as part of the configuration policies in the Graph APIs, however they now appear in their own section in Azure, separate from the other configuration policies. This causes issues when we work with the policies as the information from Microsoft Graph and the UI are inconsistent. We are investigating how to address this.
The Microsoft Graph APIs themselves are in Beta with Microsoft these types of breaking changes are possible. This is also why we advise that this is a Beta feature within GPOADmin.
We are planning to do our best to address this in the next version of GPOADmin. The current timeframe for the next release would put it in late summer / early fall 2023. This is also dependent on any changes Microsoft may make in the meantime and the work necessary to support those changes.
